ARTHUR GUY MEMORIAL PAINTING PRIZE 2023
Congratulations to Alcaston Gallery represented artist NELLIE NGAMPA COULTHARD who has just been announced as a FINALIST in the $50,000 acquisitive Arthur Guy Memorial Painting Prize 2023 at the Bendigo Art Gallery on exhibition 25 November 2023 - 18 February 2024.

MAJOR IWANTJA PUBLICATION LAUNCHED AT TARNANTHI 2023
The major new publication IWANTJA Iriti|Kwari|Titutjara: Then|Now|Always will be launched at the Art Gallery of South Australia, Adelaide, as part of Tarnanthi 2023. This beautifully illustrated bilingual hard cover book, published by Thames and Hudson, charts the history of Iwantja Arts, the culturally rich creative hub in Indlukana Community in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara of South Australia. Told through the artists' own words, the publication features Alec Baker, the late Kunmanara Peter Mungkuri, Tiger Yaltangki, Nellie Ngampa Coutlhard and many more.
