Opening Event | From the Outside

On Sunday 26th of October Alcaston Gallery held the official opening event for the Outsider Art exhibition 'From the Outside', presenting new artwork by Western Australian artists JULIAN POON, TIM MALEY, CLIVE COLLENDER & KATRINA BARBER. The exhibition is in conjunction with DADAA inc., WA and Contemporary Outsider Art: The Global Context Conference, held by the University of Melbourne and Arts Project Australia.

Sally Gabori on Exhibition at Hazelhurst Gallery

A major painting by acclaimed Queensland artist SALLY GABORI will feature in the upcoming exhibition 'Sublime Point: The Landscape in Painting' at Hazelhurst Regional Gallery and Art Centre from 11 October - 30 November 2014. 

The exhibition, curated by Carrie Kibbler and Grahame Kime, includes 25 leading artists from different regions of Australia, who each use landscape as subject, and who have a unique view of the world.
