ALEC BAKER AND PETER MUNGKURI : FINALISTS IN THE THE ALICE PRIZE 2020
Congratulations to Alec Baker and Peter Mungkuri who have both been named as finalists in this year's Alice Prize. The Alice Prize celebrates its 41st year in 2020 and is an acquisitive national contemporary art prize. This year over 595 entrants were received with only 56 being selected as finalists. The winner will be announced on Friday 17 April 2020 at the Araluen Arts Centre, Alice Springs by Judge Rhana Devenport (Director of the Art Gallery of South Australia).
CLAUDIA MOODOONUTHI : ENLIGHTEN FESTIVAL
Claudia Moodoonuthi's artwork Dulka Warngiid was selected to be projected on the facade of Parliament House for the Canberra Enlighten Festival. The projection lit up Parliament House nightly until 9th March.
