How do we place an order and pay for it?
Our prices include the Australian Government Goods and Services Tax – GST, if applicable.
You can direct deposit payment into Alcaston Gallery's bank account (account details are located on the invoice you will receive). We welcome all credit cards however the merchant fees for Diners and Amex cards may be added to your invoice.
When an order is placed it is saved to a secure database. An email is then sent to Alcaston Gallery and we access your order via a secure link and process it accordingly.
We do not process the payments automatically. Each order is processed as if you were in the gallery and purchasing it normally.
All details you supply to us are secure and confidential and your Credit Card details are destroyed after every transaction.
We are happy to organise freight of artwork to interstate and overseas. We regularly transport works safely and securely to destinations nationally and internationally.
